This is the end of an amazing quest chain that has an awesome cutscene featuring the Lich King.
I wont give anymore spoilers as it really needs to be seen to be believed.
Personally, my jaw dropped when I went through this part, it was sooo awesome!
The loot reward is quite worth the quest too.

The above is my armory link, but I dont have my new leggings on yet...I will be hitting 75 tonight for sure! Not bad for a weeks work since the release of the Expansion.
